Contacted Brandon who came out in a very timely manner to give me an estimate. A few weeks later Mark and his crew came out for the install. Very efficient and great install. Lights look awesome. Still learning how to do different programs but they have been great to answer some questions I have had in the meantime. Would highly recommend them if you have ever thought about doing permanent lights
My Trimlights were installed in Dec 2024 by another distributor and they stopped working correctly about 2 mos ago. I tried calling the installer but their phone has been disconnected. Apparently they went out of business! I contacted Brandon at Bluegrass and he responded right away and came out to take a look at the issue. The original installer didn’t install the lights correctly and all the wiring needed to be pulled out and redone! He got me scheduled right away and got everything working correctly again. He stands by his work and assures me that they will be here to provide support in the future. I would not hesitate to refer them to others since they did a great job for us. We love the lights and highly recommend the product. They are perfect for the holidays and other special occasions.
Shout out to Brandon and his crew. After months of issues from the previous Trimlight installer, Brandon has come back to the NKY Greater Cincinnati area and fixed our system to the manufacturer required install. They are efficient and such a genuinely great company. Brandon throughly explained the system and what needed to be done to fix the issues the others did. Mark the installer for Brandon did a clean install, ran all new wires and replaced the lifetime warranted lighting parts. We are thrilled to be back in lights!!!! Thank you very much Brandon!!!!! 5 🌟

My trimlights were originally installed by a different distributor last year. I contacted Bluegrass Trimlight when the lights stopped working less than a year after installation. Mark from Bluegrass contacted me back right away, saw the issues with the original installation and worked with me to not only repair what had failed or been miss installed but upgraded my lights to what should have been installed originally at no fault of their own.
