Lonnie was courteous & professional…. Cleaned up all waste and aluminum cuttings……. Very knowledgeable on Trimlight app and I was able to use it right away……. Lights looked great after dark…. Blends in with the house during the day….. Highly recommend………
Chad and Austin were great installers and so friendly and polite. They even came back after we noticed some lights weren't working after they had already left. Great experience!!!
This company has worked with me since they took over from the previous franchise owner. My initial install was horrendous. From faulty power supplies to many bad wire connections and they stood behind it. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They recently rewired my entire system and the crew was amazing. If you're looking for permanent holiday lighting I highly recommend Bluegrass Trimlight. You won't be disappointed.
Chad and Vincent installed our lights today. They explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our additional questions to our satisfaction. On top of that, both of them were very personable. They set up our daily pattern that we plan to use much of the year. We’re looking forward to going outside tonight after dark to see the lights!!! I highly recommend Bluegrass Trimlight to anyone who is interested in an outdoor lighting solution!

Previous franchise services in this area was not good in service and responses in our experience. So glad Brandon is back! Cannot compliment him enough!
Installation was clean and efficient and the explanation of the app was concise. We are satisfied with the product and the installers were courteous and professional. We were advised that the app only works on one device at a time; however, we inadvertently opened the app on two different devices causing an issue with syncing with the controller. I telephoned and was able to follow instructions to reboot the controller. Two reasons for the loss of a star: the controller box is located where a ladder is required for access, making it difficult to reboot; minor, but I had to pick up several twist ties in the driveway, otherwise, cleaned up excellently.
Just had them installed today but happy so far. Brandon was informative and the installation crew was friendly and did a good job.
Everything from my initial consultation to the installation was easy, thorough and seamless. The 3 men who came to install were professional, friendly and respectful and the finished product looks great! They even helped me learn how to use the app to configure my lights how I want them and made sure to double check that everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this company!

Trimlight was an easy company to work with. The entire staff from the owner to the salesman to the installers and anyone in between were pleasant and helpful. The workmanship is top notch and the end product is exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!
